1、檢查潤滑泵壓力是否在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍，加油周期是否正常，儲(chǔ)油罐內(nèi)油液面是否在高低油位之間，少油則及時(shí)添加潤滑油。
2、請(qǐng)及時(shí)排除空壓機(jī)及空氣過濾中的積水，并保持空氣過濾油杯中的油量充足(油量占油杯2/3容積)。
3、檢查氣壓表，確認(rèn)壓力在6kg/cm2+0.5kg/cm以內(nèi)。
4、檢查主軸內(nèi)錐孔空氣吹氣功能是否正常，并用擦拭棒擦拭主軸內(nèi)錐孔。
5、清潔刀柄、簡夾、刀具，并注意防銹處理。
6、檢查電子手輪和操作面板表面是否有油污和雜物，隨時(shí)確保表面清潔。
7、維持機(jī)器四周環(huán)境整潔，及時(shí)清理工作臺(tái)及導(dǎo)軌伸縮護(hù)罩周邊的鐵屑。

4, check the spindle inner cone hole air blowing function is normal, and wipe the spindle inner cone hole with a wiping stick.
5, clean the handle, clip, tool, and pay attention to anti-rust treatment.
6, check the electronic handwheel and operation panel surface whether there is oil and debris, at any time to ensure that the surface is clean.
7, to maintain the machine around the environment clean, timely cleaning of the workbench and rail telescopic shield around the iron filings.
